Conflict Resolution

I learned / grew up a bit this week.... Thank You Jesus!
Relationship with Pastors isn't the easiest thing in the world to maintain but Jesus shows the way.

Just when you feel / think that relationships are broken or that things can't be restored to the way that they were.... Jesus comes in and surprises us all!!!

If we just remain CALM, LISTEN to one another, L@@K for the best in people while keeping ourselves in check.... we can resolve a lot of our differences....

Following Matthew 18:15-17 WORKED!!

A Brother Who Sins Against You

"If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.'
If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.


'U N I T Y' ...

Unity is the Key to the survival of a church.... we succeed & fail as one.... we praise together and we cry together.... I hope we learned that as a group today...

Another 3000 lb gorilla off our backs.....
